Booking cancellation	Payment & Confirmation Full payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Early Departure In the event of an early departure or shortened stay, no refunds will be provided for unused nights. Modifications Any date changes or reservation modifications must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date. Force Majeure In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, The Aim Hotel Patong will review cancellation or modification requests on a case-by-case basis, with flexibility offered where possible.
Children Policy	Children under 4 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. Children aged 4–11 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. A child’s breakfast is compulsory and charged at THB 250 per meal.
Extra Bed Policy	Please note that extra bed service is not available at the hotel. A day bed is available in Deluxe Rooms only, with an additional charge.
